To provide Policies, Systems and Structures that facilitate Efficient and Effective Public Service Performance for National Development and improved Quality of Life in Uganda.

 

Mandate

Develop, Manage and Administer Human Resource Policies, Management Systems, Procedures and Structure for the Public Service.

 

Objective

To Enable the Government to formulate and Implement Policies and programmes of Government for the development of Uganda.
